Must Have:

Hands on experience working with technologies like Java, XHTML/HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, NodeJS

Extensive experience on technical design and develop using Java (JDK 8 or above) including JSP and Servlets

Worked with responsive web designs and mobile web sites
Knowledge of hand-coded HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, and DOM
Strong experience of developing standards-based, CSS-driven, table-less layouts
Knowledge of Section 508 standards and compliance

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of JavaScript/UI libraries (jQuery, etc and their use in implementing AJAX solutions is a plus.
Experience with API definition tools such as Swagger is a plus
Experience with front-end development workflows using Git, , Gulp, and Bower is a plus.
