Job Description :
Candidate would have significant experience in the MERN stack (emphasis on React and Node He/she needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to lead onsite/offshore teams. An experience in working with AWS, Elastic Search & Data Feeds would be required.

2. Must have strong problem solving, analytic, decision-making and excellent communication (written & verbal) skills
3. Should be self-driven and motivated and desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven agile environment with varied responsibilities
4. Should be able to connect with all relevant client and Ugam stakeholders both onsite and offshore
5. Must have done extensive client interaction on projects
6. Extremely strong communication skills ? would need to articulate his thoughts clearly
7. Must be able to create engineering requirements documentation, handling and running projects independently.
Technical Skills needs:
Programming languages: Java, SQL, Javascript, ES6, HTML5, CSS3, and PHP
Programming frameworks: React, Redux, NodeJS, Mocha, and Spring
Software tools: Apache Tomcat, Git, Terminal, Postman, MySQL Workbench, Netbeans,Eclipse, Vim, Babel, Webpack, NPM
Good hands on with AWS
Good knowledge in Elastic Search & Data Feeds
In this role, you will:
1. Design and develop in NodeJS and ReactJS
2. Work in a product development environment
3. Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop cross-function technology stack interactions
4. Collaborate with the onsite and offshore teams
5. Research and experiment with emerging technologies and tools
6. Ability to move between modules / technologies
