Job Description - Working within Client Brokerage Technology division, the Frontier Reconciliation Developer/Analyst will be responsible for designing and building new cash and share reconciliation processes within Fiserv's Frontier product.

This role is part of a team of developer/analysts and reconciliation professionals leading a project to centralize reconciliation activities in a common platform. Partnering with business units responsible for financial services-related transaction processing, the individual will translate their requirements into fully functionin g reconciliation solutions. Position Responsibilities .

Review reconciliation requirements provided by business units that own the process being reconciled and partner with the business unit lead to address any open questions . Based upon requirements analysis, design how the reconciliation will function within Frontier. This includes account balance pools, accounts, classes, match passes, groups, views, purging, deferring, security (groups/privileges), reporting, aging, and scheduling.

. Partner with FI Technology and counter-party technology points of contact where applicable, to acquire data necessary to perform the prescribed reconciliation . Build the data loads, match passes, aging rules, output reporting, and configuration of the items designed above within the Frontier development region per business unit specifications .

In partnership with the business unit lead, test the reconciliation and related output to ensure it meets their requirements . Acquire appropriate sign-off to move the data and associated reconciliation process into production . Provide on and off-hours production support of the reconciliations to resolve any technical issues including batch job failures and data irregularities .

Support enhancements to existing reconciliations in Frontier production, such as match pass or reporting improvements . Provide formal updates to stakeholders and senior management via status reports and conference calls . Work with our infrastructure support personnel in performing the migration of reconciliations from development to production.

Education and Experience: . Direct experience developing reconciliations in Fiserv's Frontier system; RECON-Plus or Intellimatch experience is acceptable . Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical application-driven solutions . Sound judgment regarding need to escalate issues and concerns .

Ability to effectively prioritize day-to-day responsibilities and longer term projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Skills and Knowledge: Required . Basic understanding of financial services operations . Reporting tools (e.g. - Crystal Reports, Business Objects

. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including ability to interact effectively with peers, all levels of management and regulators.
