Emphasis on the position will be that of Architectural design and leadership, staying on the cutting edge and keeping things textural and smashingly beautiful.
The usual suspects of CSS3, HTML5, Responsive Design—strong mobile chops mobile first then larger viewports (desktop, tablet)
Cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, FF, IE in windows and Safari, Chrome in Mac) will be important here and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with the team is something that will be seen as a key to success.
