Description:
Looking for a highly skilled, innovative automation Quality Assurance/Test Engineer with experience automating software tests to support smoke, system, integration and regression testing. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of prior hands-on experience with manual and automated testing using tools including Selenium with Ruby or Java, Cucumber, Postman, SoapUI, Jira, and hands-on experience with a testing framework such as Maven, Mocha, Chai and Protractor with JavaScript. Functional working experience writing SQL scripts is also a requirement. In addition, hands-on experience with a development language such as Java, Python, Cnet or similar would be highly preferred. This position is based in NYC and will be part of one of the Agile teams that focus on the development of projects that support the Commercial Credit Financial Analysis suite of applications.

- We are building Agile teams in NYC and need to quickly get qualified resources in place to support existing and new development projects.

- Jira is a plus and will be learned if they don’t already have this.
- Performance testing is also good for this
- Would love to find a specialist in this area/ need their expertise in this space
- SQL and Ruby are top need
- Financial services basics would be helpful
