Qualifications:
5+ years working on web applications built on modern languages like Ruby or Python.
Significant experience building user-facing interactive features in JavaScript
Broad knowledge and experience building complex features in framework-based front-end applications.
Comfortable in a heavily collaborative and high-functioning engineering environment (agile methodology and high turnaround speed on features, unit testing, etc
Open to exploring and learning new languages and technologies whenever it might be helpful
Self-starting and self-directing, flexible and easygoing.
Experience using D3
Experience with open-source software, UX design, data indexing, or large-scale applications a plus.
