Role –Front End Developer
Location - Auburn Hills MI


Responsibilities
- Provide production support for multiple Java and JRE based applications
- Taking complete ownership of certain application and being responsible for everything happening within that application Manage day to day Incident management, service requests and enhancements/ projects along with our AMS team
- Leading offshore team in his/ her area related to incident management and service requests including instructing, assigning, directing and checking their work
- Coordination with different stakeholders involved in project including interacting with business users
- Understanding the need of business users by working at Customer location
- Working on P1 / P2 incidents
- Tracking P3 / P4 incidents with offshore team
- Working on Application Enhancement
- Keeping project documents / technical documents updated and approved
