Job Description:
The Department of Environmental Conservation is working to replace and enhance the existing permits system. The new system (eTrack) will provide the ability to collect pre-application inquiries and accept permit applications online, as well as process the applications received and generate reports. eTrack will also provide GIS capabilities, data/document management, automatic notifications, application tracking and review tools, document generation, and reporting/data inquiry capabilities.The position will be a senior front-end web developer on the eTrack project, developing front-end aspects of the solution that call webservices. The team will utilize an Agile SCRUM methodology in development.
Candidates should have at least 60 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:

1. 60+ months of experience in front-end design for web-based business applications using one or more of the following libraries and frameworks: bootstrap, foundation, semanticUI, react, angularJS. #of months
2. 60+ months of experience with front end web application development using one or more of the following CSS pre-processors: LESS, SASS, Stylus. #of months
3. 60+ months of experience consuming and displaying data retrieved from REST services. #of months
