These people need to be Fortinet purest (i.e. working with FortiManager, FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer) and not be someone like a Network Engineer who happens to work with Fortinet (been there and my client doesn’t want that
Must be able to do upgrades, support, installs, etc…

2. Have you performed troubleshooting and validation of the rule-set;
