Business and Configuration experience of software asset management and Flexera Suite, Components and Functions
Experience with implementation of Enterprise Software License Management Lifecycle management in Flexera
Ability to implement business and technical requirements, technical installation, configuration and customization of Flexera as required
Deploy, configure Flexera suite of products in enterprise environment
Industry knowledge of software license management and optimization
Experience with Flexera installation/upgrades/fix packs and general maintenance activity for optimal operational usage
Knowledge and hands on experience on Windows/Unix/Linux environment
Knowledge of Maintenance/Subscription Renewal, Purchase Request and Procurement Process metrics and license tracking, and entitlement usage
Knowledge and ability to generate utilization & software metering reporting from Flexera
Integration knowledge and implementation of Service now, SCCM, discovery tools, Service now CMDB required
Working knowledge of IT Service Management components and Web services is required
Troubleshooting, production support, bug fixes and product issue support to BSC users on Flexera
Experience with IT Infrastructure teams and hands on experience on building/maintaining interfaces to pull / push raw license consumption information
Work with other teams as needed to decommission servers, update scripts and integrations to get the right info back from the servers
Support and work with IT Sourcing teams, Procurement teams, Publisher reps, VARs and license managers to utilize Flexera for business management and audits
Provide capacity metrics based on new deployments, change in user base or integrated system
Good Communication skills and ability to work on their own or within a matrixed team
