We're looking for a Financial Systems Support Analyst to join a Global Information Technology company in Austin, TX.

If you have 3+ years of experience working in a Helpdesk Support position and/or as a Financial Business Analyst, this is an excellent opportunity to work closely with clients and dig into data. We're looking for someone to work in a finance domain that can train/assist end users or power users adapt to new tools and solve customer problems.

As the Financial Systems Support Analyst, you will:

Deliver superior trouble shooting and timely problem resolution to end-users across global enterprises.
Proactively handle incoming telephone and email issues.
Self-service generated incident requests that include but not limited to: pulling reports, working with pivot tables, users experiencing technical difficulties with hardware and software to system related problems, internet latency and/or access requests for new hires.
Provide technical support for certain programs and software.
Assist through virtual logins.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Train computer software users.
Maintain daily performance of computer and software systems.
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
Track key metrics, and demonstrate progress against goals.
Focus on driving short-term sales while building long-term brand values

Job Requirements for Financial Systems Support Analyst:

Must have 3+ years of experience with Power BI AND SSRS.
Excel and PowerPivot experience is a plus.
Helpdesk Support experience.
Client-facing experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
