Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare month-end close and rolling budget of net assets, including fixed assets, working capital, inventories, provisions, other assets and liabilities, to conduct effective cash flow monitoring and Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow; produce Variance Analysis for top management.
Research & design a presentation for better understanding of business processes and their connection with each other. Collaborate & work with different associates in the team to understand the functioning of each different process.
Generate Client reports on a daily basis & forwarding them to appropriate departments for responses and monitor daily operation, improving data enhancement utilizing SQL; Monitor cost centers in and provide ad hoc reports at cost center level for internal users; Work with cross-functional teams to consistently harmonize interface between budgeting and result controlling.
Collate and analyse trends on Escalations for SLC COBRA. Responsible for developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and preparation of monthly analysis of KPI and report to management.
Work with department managers to develop allocation key for ABC (activity-based costing) methodology and monitor CM (contribution margin) for each different model. Develop yearly budget and produce Variance Analysis for the management.
Design and developed training manual documentation material for existing processes. Provide training of enrollment reporting procedures to Insurance carriers & effective error resolution procedures on client reports.
Analyse Load & Extract Reports from the data source Winflex. Categorize reports based on the errors & dispatched them to appropriate centres. Process data and applied the same in an accurate and timely manner. Research and Analysis with an objective to seek continuous process and system improvements. 10%
Actively conduct BU calls on a weekly basis to understand their expectations & adhere to process requirements. Initiate process refresher trainings for new hire’s in the team. Leaves administration management for SLC COBRA, DSM COBRA and H&W.
Provide support for financially impacted projects for the company, including analysis related to future business / strategic decisions.

Strong working knowledge of advanced Excel skills. Experience with SQL and Quick books and ADP preferred.

3-5 years of experience in cost accounting and corporate finance preferred.


Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or related Degrees in Management, Business administration, HR & Finance related fields
