JOB PURPOSE: Assist in management of financial results to ensure the achievement of HGS business plans and objectives. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Support in Preparation of weekly revenue/GM forecasts, monthly financial projections, annual budgets and long-range planning.

Review monthly financial results to ascertain completeness/accuracy of monthly close. Identify trends/issues and investigate drivers of variances from financial projections and prior month/year results

Completion other business financial analytics and ad-hoc reporting

Provide accurate calculations, business cases and recommendations to optimize pricing for existing contract renewals and new business opportunities

Ability to clearly articulate model scenarios to business including translating the pricing/business case data into formats required internally or by clients

Minimum Job Requirements: (Education, Experience, Skills)

Knowledge of business modeling, pricing scenarios and profitability elements

Ability to leverage large data bases for analysis including use of pivot tables, V & H lookups, charts/tables, Sumifs

Strong critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Self-starter with a strong work ethic, highly energetic/motivated and able to work well under pressure meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced, continually changing environment

Proficient with MS Office with extensive proficiency in Excel -SAP knowledge a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field

2-3 years of progressively responsible professional experience required

Business process outsourcing, shared services or cost accounting experience preferred HGS is a drug free work environment.
