Job Description:
The Finance Systems Analyst is a technology-focused finance role that. You will work closely with leads across the finance organization to build strategic relationships, establish new systems functionality, and help identify ways to improve financial systems performance. This role will challenge your creativity, technology background, and finance knowledge.
Examples include:
Analysis, design, evaluation, testing and implementation of finance systems enhancements, Bridging the gap between finance requirements and IT development, Identifying opportunities to integrate new and existing systems, and data sets, Help establish and maintain a world class financial planning and reporting system.
Skills:
3-5 years of experience supporting Accounting and FP&A using Financial Planning System and Business Intelligence (BI Additional Sales & Finance experience is a plus Working knowledge of financial budgeting and forecasting of P&L, HR, Capex, and Revenues Supported the enterprise on a daily basis: including the setup, monitoring, scheduling and resolving of issues relating to data movement processes for actuals, headcount, forecast and budget Performed data reconciliation between systems and document financial operation procedures Working knowledge of accounting, ERP systems and financial close processes Excellent Microsoft Excel ability, VBA experience is a plus Experience with SAP BPC, Hyperion or similar system design and logics Demonstrated Independent, confident leadership with excellent verbal and written communication Ability to synthesize, simplify, and teach Demonstrated ability to grow in the role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Economics; CPA, MBA or master degree is a plus but not required
