Requirements: (10 years )
10+ Years of hands on dedicated IBM ECM and FileNet technologies
ECM Content Management, DataCap and Case Management Expertise
Ensure that the agreed to ECM requirements are thoroughly implemented within the related timeframe and budget.
Required skills and experience in the following areas:
Commanding knowledge of IBM ECM FileNet P8
Object Stores, Document Classes, indexes and Scanning (OCR)
Setup and Apply AD/LDS - SAML 2.0 SSO and security to each P8 entity and Implement Retention Policies
Configure Capture workstations/scanners and Approval workflows
Able to assess Workplace/Workplace XT features and customize Content Navigator
Perform Java coding for integration work
Experience in implementing MS Office Integration, Entry Templates and Audit Functionality
P8 Deployment Manager
Proficiency in developing APIs
Detailed understanding of, and experience with, content management systems
Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher
Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher
Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; a self-starter

Description:
The MTA is using several Document Management Systems and the goal of the Enterprise Content Management system (ECMS) is to consolidate various Document Management Systems (DMS) onto one platform. This will reduce operating costs, reduce purchasing costs (licenses), reduce training cost and achieve true rationalization. ECMS is one of the largest rationalization projects to date. ECMS will allow MTA to decommission approximately 30 Applications. A large multi-year initiative will bring efficiencies across various business applications, require less support for the infrastructure, and leverage the cloud for resiliency and Disaster Recovery capabilities. Thus the Enterprise Applications Department is seeking a hands on temporary consultant to assist with the business and system analysis, design and develop technical solutions in the consolidation and testing of systems to deliver technology solutions to MTA business users.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Design, develop, test, deliver and support Cloud based ECM FileNet P8 latest release including but not limited to setup object stores, document classes and customize entry templates.
Design, develop and administer various ECM FileNet workflows
Design, develop and administer Applications requiring interfaces and integration points with ECM
Design, develop, test, implement and support business process improvements regarding document retention policies and Case Management workflows
Design, develop, test, deliver and support capture solutions for various business units for scanning and storage of their critical documents
Participate in business requirements gathering sessions Joint Application Development (JAD) and technical review sessions
Propose new architectural solutions to Enterprise Architect
Document design and architectural solutions
Configure, maintain and support Content Engine and Application Engine
Configure, maintain and support document management platform
Troubleshoot production problems, review trace and system logs and works with product service providers to resolve issues and open Problem Management Records (PMR)
Ensure application is meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics
Manage the change process for the application(s) supported
Work with the development and quality assurance organizations when application enhancements are required or bugs are found

Adhere to a Standard Project Development Life Cycle approach
Develop and support critical project documentation throughout the project life cycle, from Initiation and Requirements stages through Design, Development, Test, Implementation and Closeout. This includes but is not limited to technical, configuration, design documents, etc.
support system integration testing, UAT, and implementation cutover testing


RISKS (required by MTA Risk Management)
