Job Details:-
The File transfer Coordinator is responsible for monitoring systems and data flow relevant to Client''s ’s stores or Back end systems. This may include the monitoring of data sent and received from the stores i.e. sales, markdowns, taxes inventory, and receiving documents.
The File transfer Coordinator will
Provides configuration and administration support to Remotelink Software and Afaria tool
Schedules sessions for file transfer, as per schedule defined by business/ Supervisor
Checks logs daily to verify that all data was properly sent and received and the data reached the correct final destination
Creates and/or updates any documentation pertaining to the job performed, and follows all documented procedures
Works with business customers and other IT professionals to resolve disruptions, delays or intermittent outages of computerized equipment and software malfunctions. Notifies the appropriate personnel in the event of any problems
Administers the RemoteLink application and requests help when needed
