Job Description :
Role: Field Support Specialist
Location: Lansing, MI


- 25-40% travel for this role and will reimburse expenses only if traveling 50+ miles outside of Lansing for work.

Project Role Description The Field Support Specialist will be responsible for translating information received from system developers and other technical teams into a user-friendly documentation format and sharing with end users

Experience writing technical documentation and user manuals
Teaching, instructional design, or public sector experience is a plus.
Experience in a software implementation a plus
The developer will be responsible for:
Creating materials for a software implementation to help teams and different locations transition using change management activities
Organizing content using Adult Learning Principles
Developing engaging animations and on-screen visual elements
Performing Quality Assurance on materials
Teach webinars or ad-hoc trainings
Assist with troubleshooting system issue while in the field
Developing instructional materials for software training delivery

Required Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly with Project Managers and Project Team
Experience with technical writing or system documentation
Experience:
Prior experience with (1-2 years
Technical writing
Health and Human Services or Public Sector experience is a plus

Education: 4 year degree required
