Job Description :
Essential functions:
Travel to various customer sites as directed
Provide own reliable transportation
Repair of laptops, desktops, tablets, and point-of-sale equipment hardware
Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software malfunctions
Various administrative duties
Requirements:
High School/Vocational School or equivalent certification
2-4 years of relevant working experience in a technical field
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers
Troubleshooting and analytical skills
Perform reporting and administrative functions
Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively
