Field Service Support:

Job Description:

* Troubleshooting Operating Systems; Applications and providing user
support
* Windows 7 experience, with Windows 10 as a plus
* Skilled in using and providing support for MS Office and PowerPoint
* Experienced with setting up PC Images
* Resolving virus issues; wiping computers; and cascading
* Familiar with RemedyForce ticketing system (status / updates / etc)
* Maintain asset management inventory
* Good personality; motivated; high energy and excellent customer
service / user interaction skills.
