There is a technical test that has to be taken by the consultant prior to submitting - client will send it to you directly.

Requirements
1. Experience leading the design and implementation of modern web GUIs.
2. 5 Years’ experience developing complex web GUIs with JavaScript, CSS, and other HTML5 technologies
3. Candidate must be familiar with SPA technology
4. Candidate must be familiar with Angular 5+
5. Experience with charting of scientific data and/or data display on geographic maps.
6. Experience with Git and Eclipse.
7. Experience developing for and in both Windows and Linux environments.
