Must have experience with the Benefits module within an Oracle Cloud based HCM.
This is a functional role as the Client''s "Champion" for the HCM Benefits module.

Any experience with Payroll would be a plus, and the position responsibility would focus on looking at proposed set up and advise regarding any issues they might see and /or making suggestions on how to improve the process going forward.

This might be someone who has been a "super-user" on a Cloud based HCM system.
All the work would be done at Client''s Houston offices and the selected candidate might report to either VP of Benefits & Payroll or to the Project Manager on the HCM project.
