Role – Business Analyst (FULL TIME)

Experience – 7 + Years
Work location: Redmond, WA (OR) Fremont, CA

Skills and competencies:
Around 8 years of experience in the Business Analysis role with around 2 years in HR Tech domain
Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly adapt to change and work in fast pace environment
Sound knowledge of required business analysis tools and techniques

Role:
Participate in meeting with prospects and customer to collect and analyze business requirements
Help the proposal team in creating the proposal by defining the scope clearly
Showcase Client HR Tech expertise in meeting through client presentation and demos
Play an important role in positioning Client as HR Tech expert in market
Study customer’s business and products. Engage in conversations with customers for the HR Tech eco system relevant to customer’s products and add value
Convert business requirements into functional requirements and document this
Explain the requirements to the internal project execution team
Provide feedback to project teams for making improvements in the software product
Provide resolution to project teams for any domain related queries
Own the internal knowledge sharing with delivery teams
Act as subject matter expert on respective areas in HR Tech
Perform market analysis and be up to date with upcoming latest trends in HR Tech segments
Share best practices and trends in HR Tech with relevant teams
