Our group aims at providing Integration Platform-as-a-Service (IPaaS
We engineer cloud-based infrastructure to provide configuration, provisioning, monitoring, alerting of various resources, provided as part of our Enterprise Integration suite. You will be responsible for building scalable, fault-tolerant Platform-as-a-Service model that can ensure reliability under heavy volume. This is an area that is growing rapidly. With ever increasing demands for more capabilities in data transformation and analytics, we are building out an architecture using a combination of third-party and open-source technologies to meet these demands.
Requirements:
· You'll need to have: 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong programming skills in Scala, Java, TypeScript, Python
· Knowledge of large-scale distributed systems in practice, including multi-tier architectures, PaaS, monitoring and storage systems
· Strong technical problem solving skills and understanding of data structures and algorithms
· A self-starter approach with a strong sense of ownership
· We'd love to see: Experience building micro services or Platform-as-a-Service solutions
· Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, using JIRA
· Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular
· Experience with Responsive App and RESTful API designs
· Familiarity with open source technologies like Play Framework, Docker, HBase, Kafka, Chef
· Experience with CI platforms such as TravisCI, Heroku.
