The Technical Lead Consultant will primary resource leading a They are a client-facing consultant that requires consulting expertise, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry acumen, and strong communication skills. The Technical Lead Consultant may hold end-to-end engagement responsibilities including requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, knowledge transfer (training), and overseeing the production of deliverables. Engagements will require the hands-on participation of the Technical Lead Consultant as a subject matter expert and/or application expert.

Provide architectural oversight of the solution throughout the project
Create and defend solution estimate and SOW
Provide guidance and advisory support to project team on implementation approach and complex configuration issues
Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and insure solution aligns with original scope
Maintain certifications and continually explore solution capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem
Incorporate past experience, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking in designing solutions; offer multiple, potential solutions
Coordinate with Certified Technical Architects, integration, and data consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements
Provide recommendations on third-party applications
Own the solution
Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users
Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementations

Required Skills:
Prior experience with Field Service Lightning configuration and other similar software
Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of functionality
Firm understanding of best practices
Prior experience working on an agile project
Have sound knowledge in Service cloud
Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration: creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards , lightning UI and other configuration related activities
Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication skills

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Salesforce Certifications: Field Service Lightning Consultant, App Builder & Admin preferable
3-5 years of Salesforce consulting experience
5-8 years of overall consulting experience
