Job Description :



Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent years of work experience
Minimum 5 years related work experience

Specialized Knowledge & Skills    

Detailed oriented with the ability to create, document and/or follow process flows
Good communications skills both verbal and written
Good project and time management skills
Mortgage Industry experience is preferred
Processing Structured Finance payments is preferred
Single Class Tax reporting experience
Multi Class REMIC/Grantor Trust Tax reporting experience
Intex Modeling Software and Cash flow generation experience
Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to analyze the data
Technical and reporting skills and experience with data query tools is a plus
Must be able to work independently and with cross functional team to deliver
Must be highly self-driven, self-organized

Key Job Functions

Develop and document business operations and processes for Securitization Operations.
Lead projects/meetings with internal/external stakeholders to define and develop platform, processes, procedures and functionality
Collaborate with design, and format technical specifications unit to develop descriptive text, process flows, and other information needed to build platform functionality.
Develop queries, analyses, or reports from applications for operations or management staff of assigned business unit(s), or develop specifications for such queries or analyses to be performed by others
