Responsibilities:


Act as a lead CNET developer with emphasis on creating and following coding standards
Create and modify .NET applications that process credit card, ACH, and cash transactions
Work with and mentor other application developers on new and existing technologies
Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment
Interface with remote and offshore developers to fulfill the needs of the business
Deliver across the entire application life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to production, and ongoing support
Work directly with developers and business unit/project managers to conceptualize, build, test, and release first class products
Translate business requirements into functional solutions
Optimize legacy code base through migration or refactor to newer technologies
Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the .NET stack
Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Mentor junior developers


Qualifications:


BS in Computer Science, a related degree or equivalent work experience
6+ years of development experience working with Microsoft Technologies
Visual Studio 2013/2015, C#, .Net, MVC, SQL Server, IIS
Strong knowledge of SOA/Web Services (SOAP, REST) Development in an Enterprise environment
Experienced SQL Server Query Language as well as stored procedures
Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS
Experience and skills designing and implementing object-oriented software solutions with an emphasis on industry best practices and design patterns
Experience being a member of agile development team and unit testing framework
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills
Familiarity with all aspects of data processing and management information systems and interrelations
