Understand application support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems
Providing Support to Incident, Problem, Service Task and Change Request raised by users with a thorough
understanding of ITIL processes.
Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules
Documentation (Functional Specification, Test Scripts, Business Process Document, Configuration document etc
Unit and Integration test plans and execution
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) required
GL, AR, AP, Intercompany, Asset management, US taxes, Foreign exchange, Banking, Credit management
Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, COPA, Cost element accounting, Cost object controlling, internal
orders, product costing
