JOB DESCRIPTION : Perform operational load balancer and DNS operational duties including server and global load balancing changes, iRule development, DNS changes, environment troubleshooting, and certificate management. Assist with documenting these procedures.
Responsibilities:
Participates in load balancer environment build activities.
Ability to create standard configurations and iRules based on customer requirements.
Configuration of Local Traffic Manager Virtuals, Profiles, and Policies.
Create, Manage, Deploy SSL Certificates.
Troubleshoot settings and policies as they relate to customer configurations.
Configuration of Global Traffic Services and Policies.
Takes responsibility for meeting commitments; desire to succeed and has a history of meeting solutions by deadline.
Builds respectful relationships with team members; consistently acknowledges and appreciates each member''s contributions.
Provides quality customer service; ensures an understanding between customer and Secure-24 and helps provide workable solutions.
Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
Promotes innovation, creativity, and effectiveness, always striving for continuous improvement.
Participates in problem management and resolution in the support of deployed technology and acts as subject matter expert on high severity production outages.
Works with others to drive network standards, baselines, architecture, and solutions engineering.
Collaborate with Network Engineering and Information Security teams
