Role: Saleforce Admin
Location: Germantown, MD

Required:
5 or more years of experience in a technical role on as part of an application development team programming with Salesforce Applications
Knowledge of Service Cloud within SFDC.
Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to complement the above technical expertise, and have experience working in small to medium size project teams (3-10 team members)
Experience with RDBMS & Data Integration tools such as Informatica is a plus
Knowledge of version control software like GitHub is a plus

Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration and Application development skills on Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform and ability to work with related cloud services & technologies
Develop projects for implementation within SFDC using APEX/Visual Force as well as integration with on-premise back-end systems.
Take ownership and responsibility on production performance of salesforce business applications at Hughes
Possess deep knowledge on troubleshooting techniques in salesforce with quick turnaround time
Work with multiple technical teams, peers and Business Groups on a daily basis
24x7 Production Support for SFDC application is expected for this position
Track, Follow Up and Resolve all production and non-production incidents as needed
Continuous monitoring of salesforce business applications for performance and
Create Documents and SFDC Reports/Dashboards to keep Management updated with Tasks
