Position Overview:

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

Client is looking for Test Managers to be the primary interface between application and project development teams and the QA CoE. The Test Manager responsibility is to simultaneously engage multiple IT project teams using both iterative and sequential development methodologies to assist with test planning, test execution, and test reporting. Tasks include:

Assisting with, reviewing, and approving SDLC documents.
Coordinate between application/project teams to reduce testing delays and inefficiencies.
Coach application/project team use of requirements management, test management, and defect management tools.
Coach application/project teams on the appropriate use of test automation.
Coordinate between the application/project teams and the centralized test environment and test data management team.
Coordinate between the application/project teams and the centralized performance engineering team.



Skills Overview:

What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?

- 8-12 years’ experience leading quality assurance projects/programs.

- Thorough knowledge of SDLC

- Hands on experience producing SDLC docs as applicable for QA/Testing

- Significant experience a QA role (7-10 years)
