Job Description :
Helping CEO in operational activities and also in tracking/following up all tasks
Supporting CEO with company’s sales and marketing support activities
Conserves executive''s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive''s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive''s absence; speaking for the executive.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
Support in client meetings and presentations.
Support in arranging personal travel for the CEO and run ad hoc errands for the company.
Excellent experience in Microsoft office
