Exchange/Office 365 Migration Engineer

Location: Watsonville, CA Need locals

Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Required Skills:

2-4 years of experience in Microsoft technologies
Must have migration experience from to Exchange Online/Office 365.
Cloud competency understanding of services and the complexity of the issues that arise in migrations and deployment to the cloud.

Troubleshooting skills in connectivity and migrations
Troubleshoot user issues related to mailbox access.
Knowledge on Outlook configuration and troubleshooting issues.
Assist Office 365 customers with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology.
Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvement feedback for Office 365 Onboarding and entire deployment cycle.

Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require outside of normal business hours or on-call rotation.

Technical Skills:

Strong background in Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, O365
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online / Office 365
Migrations in Exchange and/or migrations and hybrid migrations to O365
Active Directory
