Description:
This role is for a Senior Exchange Architect who needs to provide support to enable initiative which integrates with AV technology.
Own engagements, ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, ensure quality.
Accounts/mailbox need to be created/configured for different type of AV devices to support Next Gen Workplace program.
Testing of AV devices Crestron panel, polycom trios, calendar integration.
Good documentation skills, process activity diagrams and transition documents to MSP/ steady state.
Design specific solution to meet requirements support VIP rooms.
Be the escalation POC and drive MSP to resolution. Technical leadership.
Requirements:
Seasoned exchange online Architect.
Excellent PowerShell skills.
Good understanding of enterprise level hybrid environment exchange 2016 and O365 Exchange Online.
Background in Messaging and Voice technologies –Office 365, Exchange, Skype for Business and other AV technology.
Experience managing and remediating Active Directory.
Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting.
Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios.
Hands on experience with Cloud Identity and Security Technologies – EMS, Federation Services, and Identity management.
Hands on experience in complex messaging migration scenarios, including Hybrid Office 365 configuration.
