Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Formal Education
o BS. Degree, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science) and/or equivalent experience.

Daily morning checks
Back-up status (log drive cleared)

Debug/Investigate/Repair
Monitor mailbox database free-space
Manage
Manage DAG Storage
Distribution Group – Creation/Administration/membership à Corporate Standards
Review New Users à All in Corpstandards
Managed Folders/Alias/smtp/quotas
Manage user Quotas
Trouble Tickets
Message Tracking – Discovery/Removal
Outlook Issues
Corporate ISP – BlackList/Whitelist/Users/Message Tracking
Skype Issues
PowerShell Experience
Team Player
Ability to work with team members to diagnose / correct issues.
Teachable
o Experience of Lync / Skype for Business a benefit
Five + years of working experience.
