Expertise in Exchange 2007,2010 and office 365
Expertise in CCR, DAG
Expertise in server builds in DR mode
Expertise in Exchange clustering
Ability to analyze customer needs, document and design technical solutions?.?
Implement Exchange Server, Skype for Business Online, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Directory Synchronization.
Provide subject matter expertise for the migration effort from beginning to end.
Provide end-to-end root cause analysis and assistance for issues related to on premise exchange and Office 365.
Configuring, testing, and implementing Windows servers.
Provide primary support for infrastructure systems related to Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Maintain and administer ADFS.
Develop and improve operational procedures.
Monitor availability and performance of all systems.
Support and maintain DNS functionality.
Create and Maintain DHCP scopes.
