ACCOUNTABILITIES Works with business users to define and analyze problems Maintains and manages systems key to the function that is supported Performs systems user support May design and implement new functional systems Considers the implications of business solutions to the current and future environment Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results Acts as subject-matter expert on business processes of assigned area Interfaces with business areas to provide solutions and tools to build and strengthen business processes. Works with customers to define business requirements while designing, developing and testing moderately complex knowledge capture processes and engineer elaborate workflows, search capabilities and measurement approaches. Understands organizational Knowledge Management framework and operates in and around it applying within the assigned group. Understands Knowledge Management tools and technologies and has the ability to use them. Possesses knowledge of Knowledge Management process reviews and audits, and interprets the findings from the audits. Identifies the business opportunities to deliver values through Knowledge Management at program and business unit level. Designs, develops, implements and maintains knowledge basis. Works with leadership to develop and administer reports on application usage and knowledge contributions. Writes communications (e-mails, campaigns, etc on various Knowledge Management initiatives to various audiences. Maintains current knowledge of relevant Knowledge management and technologies. Diversity & Inclusion Events Planning & Logistics

Collaborates appropriately to envision and convey a compelling and relevant Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) future state, providing guidance to and sharing of best practices to the organization. Partners with other Global Diversity Strategists and HR Business Partners to ensure consistency of strategy and defining communications, tools, programs and policies to drive D&I into all business processes. Consults with internal stakeholders to plan and execute for internal and external Dell Technologies event engagements. Manages all aspects of the planning, execution and closure of these events. Manages multiple events concurrently. Responsible for and manages an event budget. Ensuring consistently superior customer experience across multiple events creating one face of Dell Technologies.

Event Management:
o Tracks projects, manages vendor activities, conducts trade show and vendor research, develops new vendor relationships, coordinates and supervises trade show activities and communicates programs and events.
o Develops a project plan for execution based upon the final negotiated contract with an external partner. This plan includes: event budget, timelines, branding components, event engagements and event attendees.
o Supports Diversity & Inclusion by consulting on and developing customized briefing kits (event agenda, Dell Technologies engagement points, comm’s talking points, attendee expectations) for Dell Technology Executives & Leaders for all external diversity events & engagements.
o Working knowledge of Dell Technology portfolio of event products, services and solutions to best position the engagement for success.
o Coordinates logistics via automation and vendor relationships (including facility, exhibit set-up, equipment and catering requirements
o Investigates, selects, negotiates and manages services with vendors including exhibit hall booth construction, set up, tear down, catering and other event support.
o Negotiates with external vendors on optimal pricing for products & services to support our event needs.
o Arranges space, brochures, hotels, equipment rental, and delivery, set up and dismantling of the exhibit.
o Proposes budgets and forecasts, and compiles summaries of post event costs.
o Compiles a post event summary including post event profiles on audience demographics, # of attendees, Dell Technology attendee names & feedback, final costs incurred, branding reach, Dell Technologies engagement (speakers, other
