Title: Erwin Data Governance/Data Modeling

Job Description:
The project is part of the larger Joint Agency Interoperability (JAI) project within the CO Department of Human Services, Health Care Policy and Financing and the Office of Information Technology and will assist the CO Department of Human Services (CDHS) in developing a metadata clearinghouse and process for managing metadata created for key data sets within the Department.
The contractor will work with the Erwin data governance and data modeling tool to document data for the department. The contractor will also work closely with the data governance team within the department, including a data governance lead hired by the department, to define work processes and populate and manage metadata. The selected contractor must have experience with the Erwin tool set, understand and have experience in data governance and metadata management, and be able to work independently with agency staff. Awareness of API-centric data integrations would also help. This contractor will report to the state Chief Data Officer, and will participate in ongoing project governance meetings with other staff involved in the Joint Agency Interoperability effort.
