Description:
This role will be responsible for analyzing the environment needs of each of the estimated 21 teams, taking stock of existing capabilities, determining gaps that need to be filled in order to ultimately support a full end to end cycle of all participating systems, and work with Program Management in filling the gaps (recommending solutions etc)
This role will support all Environment needs for the program duration and serve as the Primary escalation point for Environment related issues.

Technical Expertise Required:
Coordinate and setup of non-production environments (development, SIT and UAT) for projects.
Monitor and guarantee uptime of test environments. Automate daily system health check. Responsible for environment availability and provide ongoing support for test environments. Monitoring batch jobs and process in non-production environments.
Able to demonstrate the ability to understand modern approaches to deployment automation on both cloud-based infrastructure and bare-metal servers and work closely with release managers and release engineers to track the availability of limited testing resources.
Have overall grasp of the work-effort involved to setup and configure operating systems, networks, databases, and application servers involved in the creation of end-to-end testing environments.
Ability to coordinate the efforts to configure environments and tracking the status of environment configuration activities.
Must have a demonstrated track record of organizing and tracking the progress of multiple projects across the software development lifecycle.
Have experience in stakeholder management in communicating with management on topics including project timelines, contingency plans, environment budgets, and resource allocation.
Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks/issues of varying size simultaneously is required.
Ability to share knowledge and train internal support team is highly desired.
Ability to define environment strategy for the program and break it down to individual projects, testing phase
Knowledge in test data setup and/or test environment setup/coordination
Close coordination with the other development and testing stakeholders over the environmental and data issues
Ensure strict adherence to environment and data related SLAs
Experience in defining and implementing test environment operating model and governance
Ability to coordinate with the key stakeholders (infrastructure/architects/test data managements/database administrators) over the environmental issues to nullify dependencies & related conflicts
Experience in developing, automating smoke test suites to run daily for incremental code changes, as well as, following any product release, patch, and configuration update
