Sales development background is not preferred
Looking for high drive, motivated, smart go-getters that can train to be SDRs.
Can communicate articulately by speaking like a peer to VPs and CXOs
Prefer candidates from non-traditional backgrounds that have shown leadership, have good communication skills, and are motivated to do sales
Growth oriented, ambitious and eager to achieve excellence and mastery of the role
Meets or exceeds Monthly, Quarterly and Annual goals
Coachable and eager to receive and implement feedback
Will be provided on the job training and coaching for three months.
