Entitlements Analyst 
The Global Entitlements team is focused on resolving issues associated with products for customers – both HW and SW – irrespective of LOB or Region/Country. Our goals are aligned to the 2020 Vision in transforming the company to ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing customers are accurately billed and receiving proper coverage for entitled items. 

The focus of the group is in three primary areas: 

1. Revenue Assurance – are we billing appropriately, do we need to make adjustments to back and future billings by items 
2. Entitlement Accuracy – assuring all items for a customer are coded properly enhancing customer satisfaction with the overall process 
3. Cost efficiency – identifying key areas of improvement within the sales/implementation/renewals process to reduce errors, thus reducing costs necessary to support the customer 

Below are the key areas of responsibility but are not limited to these items.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: • Review details of an account product ID’s comparing to master agreement, orders completed • Versed with internal systems not limited to ERP, CMS, Salesforce, ES, GEMS, Quotebuilder, EDW • Has intermediate Microsoft office skills and ability to teach others • Capable of writing an executive summary with limited assistance, showcasing the cost or profit associated with the summary • Able to coordinate conversations with other departments when necessary, guiding the conversation to a resolution that is viable for all parties • Has a high level organization and capable of working multiple Tier 2 cases end to end • Understands the end to end business process • Seeks instruction for continuous improvement to advance developmental growth BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years of related experience Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite software Possess a high degree of skill in relationship management, and leadership to get issues resolved for the customer Ability to work non-standard business hours as required by projects PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree Ability to drive efficiencies in margin improvement within assigned accounts preferred Proven experience with the sales contract negotiating process preferred
