Job Description :
Client wants to obtain the services of one (1) Consultant at the level of a Senior Application Developer to assist the clients Enterprise Content Management (ECM) group to review and develop applications in their Documentum and Captiva shared environments. The Consultant shall act as the group''s application architect, providing support in areas of:
1) project design,
2) solution architecture,
3) Enterprise
Services Master Agreement (ESMA) support,
4) production application support, and
5) application programming.
SCOPE
The Consultant shall perform all of the following duties:
Assist the County review committee to review and provide feedback on vendor bids
Develop application best-practices guidelines for application development using:
o xCP
o DFC
o D2
o Java.
Review vendor code to ensure compliance best-practices guidelines.
Develop standardized templates and/or requirements for application deployments for xCP, D2, and custom applications using Documentum.
Develop standardized framework for application testing.
Develop new programs/configurations/packages using:
o xCP
o DFC
o D2
o Java
Eclipse as Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for Java
Java modules for xCP.
Develop detailed runbooks for each new program/configuration/package.
Create comprehensive testing plan for application regression testing.
Conduct unit and regression tests according to plans.
Assist in the implementation of the new program/configuration/package into production.
Provide support to resolve issues after the implementation.
Provide weekly Status Reports stating the progress of the technical services assigned by the County''s Project Manager or designee
Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring of staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The Consultant must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:
1. Three (3) years of experience within last five (5) years working as a senior developer designing solutions.
2. Three (3) years of experience within last five (5) years designing taxonomy and providing Documentum best practices and developing standards for all vendors working in those environments.
3. Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years reviewing the current Documentum and Captiva environments and developing applications using each of the following:
a. xCP 2.x.
b. D2 4.x.
4. Two(2) years of experience within the last three (3) years developing applications and new programs, configurations, packages using DFC.
5. Two(2) years of experience within the last three (3) years performing code reviews on solutions deployed shared environments and developing applications using each of the following:
a. REST services.
b. Java and Eclipse.
6. Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years developing code using Captiva.
