POSITION : JAVA Enterprise Architect
LOCATION : Memphis, TN

The Enterprise Architect works with business stakeholders and system architects to drive holistic technology implementation across the portfolio.
· An Enterprise Architects focus is on strategic vision and convergence of business and IT Strategies.
· An EA will work to translate business strategy into effective enterprise change, and provide strategic planning for architecture and visioning roadmaps, while ensuring architectural excellence.
· The EA provides strategic technical direction to programs ensuring alignment to enterprise objectives, and drives collaboration across programs and teams around a common technical vision.
· He will work to leverage architecture to optimize business performance.
· An EA will also facilitate information sharing within the architecture community, this includes re-use of ideas, components, and proven patterns.
Key Skills Required :
· 15+ years’ experience in IT software industry
· At least 5+ years of experience as Lead Architect or Enterprise Architect role
· Well versed in micro services architecture framework
· Experience working in Cloud or PaaS
· Knowledge of Logistics domain
· Hands-on experience with Spring, Java, Tibco BE and BW
· Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including hardware, operating systems, storage, telecommunications and networks
· Excellent understanding of project management principles.

· Drives the Architectural Epic Kanban and participates in epic analysis where applicable
· Drives architecture strategy for maintaining enterprise architectural runway
· Participate in Enterprise Architecture Community to understand the holistic portfolio vision of enterprise solutions and design initiatives.
· Provides program-level technical guidance to System Architects, based on portfolio vision
· Ensure appropriate architecture and design principles and patterns as well as dominant design principles are leveraged for every IT solution
· Are responsible for creating conceptual Architecture / BSM models
· Ensure high-value ADP deliverable documentation is created
o Business Process Models
o Data Models
o Conceptual Architecture Specification (application and technical models)
· Participate in PAC process and planning
· Govern EFS and EBS build-out and adoption
· Evolve RA standards to meet constantly changing business needs and constantly changing technology trends in the industry
· Maintain application meta-data including disposition assignment
· Synchronizes production infrastructure & NFRs across teams
