This role needs to be able to understand industry innovation and technology trends in the world of data processing, and be able to design, architect and propose enterprise solutions for reliable and best possible future proof architecture. The Enterprise architect is responsible for managing and initiating actions required to create, implement and govern overall enterprise architecture activities. The work activity includes application architecture, solution architecture and patterns.
Works closely with IT and Business Teams to develop requirements, perform assessments, and establish enterprise architecture plan.
Forecasts technical trends, prepares technology roadmaps and develops implementation strategies.
Identifies enabling technologies and provides thought leadership to build the future state architectures as required
Prepares and presents white papers and proposals.
Employs lateral thinking to develop innovative solutions to business needs
Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas in a straightforward and compelling way

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
15+ years of IT experience
10+ years Architecture experience
5+ years enterprise architect experience
Experience designing and implementing largescale event based architectures
Experience in API and Microservice design
Experience in various NoSQL technologies
Experience with Message Queue technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Experience with cloud based architectures on AWS or GCP
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Strong writing and documentation skills
Experienced in working with cross functional teams, building alignment and leading selection of technologies/ solutions while building business case to support that
Working knowledge on architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or
DoDAF
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
