Role: - Enterprise Architect 1/Accela (557353)
Location: Lansing, MI -48933
Duration: 12 months


Interview: Either Webcam or In Person ( April 10th )

Works across Application Development, Service Delivery and Infrastructure to identify, research, discuss, design, and implement key architecture standards in regard to the Accela projects designated by the State of Michigan DTMB AS LARA.

Leads key enterprise architectural design projects as necessary. Operate as business savvy technical leader across the organization. Influences development teams to design high-quality technical solutions that fit the Enterprise Architecture and standards. Educates application development managers, developers, and business analysts on State Enterprise Architecture Standards.

Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access Required 5 Years
Experience with reporting (SSRS and Crystal Reports) Required 5 Years
Strong experience with Accela data migration using Accela Data migration tool Required 5 Years
Experience in the IT industry with business analysis, design, development and testing Required 5 Years
Experience in the IT industry with documentation and administration Required 5 Years
Experience in the IT industry with implementation and supporting highly technical and complex information systems Required 5 Years
Experience with the following languages: T-SQL, PL/SQL Desired 5 Years
Experience with the following operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10. Desired 5 Years
Experience with the following servers: Windows Servers 2003, 2008 and 2012. IIS 5.0 IIS 6.0 Desired 5 Years
Experience with the following tools: Accela citizen access, Accela IVR, Accela wireless, Accela GIS, Accela data migration Required
Experience with databases/data access: SQL server 2000/2005/2008 R2, SSIS - SQL Integration services 2005, 2008 Desired 5 Years
Experience with databases/data access: SSRS-SQL reporting services 2005/2008, Oracle 6i,7/8/9g/10g/11i, MS access Nice to have 5 Years
