Job Description :
Must have Enterprise level Agile Coach experience.
4+ years of experience as Agile Coach
2+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple team projects
Agile Certification(s)
Knowledge and experience in two or more Agile frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming etc.,
Knowledge and experience with various change management models and its application – for ex: Lewin''s Change management model, ADKAR, The McKinsey 7-S Model etc.,
Experience in driving – Test driven development, test automation, continuous delivery / deployment etc.,
