Job Description :
Works with Agile Release Train teams to drive the preparation and prioritization of features into the backlog following the SAFe framework.

Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and prioritization of epics and features into the backlog
Manage and incrementally improve the governance and operating model, following the SAFe framework, for analysis work
Manage, Track, and report on the Epic and Feature preparation and communicate status weekly to leadership
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and planning sessions
Manage and escalate issues/risks impacting analysis schedule, resources, or quality.

Requirements:
Experience as an RTE or Scrum Master for multiple independent but highly coordinated teams
Ability to facilitate cross-functional business and technology teams (small to large group)
Knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies
Strategic and critical thinking skills
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, or similar discipline
Executive presence
Scrum and SAFe certification

Education:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 7 yrs; Associates degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs.
