Job Description :
Assess the condition and performance of energy-consuming systems in existing building stock across all geographies.
Design, select, and propose recommended maintenance, equipment, software, and controls of varying size and complexity to increase system energy efficiency at client sites.

Collaborate with the project manager to develop site proposals that include detailed implementation cost estimates from installing contractors and estimates of potential energy and cost savings.

Interface with the client in a technical capacity to present program scope and address any questions or concerns regarding the potential impact of proposed changes to the existing system.
Perform technical quality reviews on facility improvement solution design, vendor proposals, and contract language.
Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Product Specialists, Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Client to oversee and ensure successful program pilots, launches, installation, acceptance, and technical support.
Responsible for project execution, and supporting presales functions
Required travel: Up to 50%
Skills:
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Controls Engineering from an ABET accredited institution required at a minimum.
7+ years of experience in Energy Efficiency design and implementation, including building energy modeling and/or HVAC system design
Licensed Professional Engineer required
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification optional
Familiarity with Energy Standards, such as ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC.
Understanding of industry standard acceptance-phase building commissioning procedures or techniques is preferred
