Role: Encompass Administrator

Encompass Systems Administrator duties shall include, without limitation:
Maintain company and user setups, personas and roles.
Maintain Loan Setup settings as applicable to ongoing business management and regulatory needs.
Maintain complete loan document library, build custom disclosure documents as needed and maintain eFolder settings to ensure preservation of a complete paperless environment with requisite document retention.
Liaison with third party vendors to create and maintain interfaces as needed through ePass as well as custom integrations to optimize loan origination workflow.
Maintain loan program directory in collaboration with Secondary Marketing to ensure accurate guidelines, program codes, Loan Template settings and document sets are available for all loan products.
Manage service desk requests via service desk portal from corporate and affiliated users while troubleshooting issues and clearing tickets in a timely manner - escalating items to Ellie Mae tech support as needed.
Provide tier 3 top level support for Encompass 360 process, feature, and workflow information to the Technical Writers for proper documentation of these; this includes changes to the system, updates, and new features.
Maintain working relationships with technical support department at Ellie Mae including professional services group, PPE, Encompass 360 Closer and Mavent compliance affiliated service departments.
Actively participate in vendor and user group forums and attend annual user meetings to ensure that the customer is leveraging the latest method of technology.
Function as top level support for end users.
Identify training needs on Encompass 360 with corporate trainer to organize and facilitate Encompass 360 end user training as needed; this includes new employee Encompass 360 training, training on changes, new features, and refresher training as required.
Work directly with the project management team for systems-related projects and technical issues during the initiation and planning phases.
Mentor and train technicians in new technologies/methodologies
Responsible for performing day-to-day monitoring to determine health of systems.
Requirement
Two years recent experience in loan origination system management for a large user base (30+ users) in a hosted environment for an institutional mortgage lender (preferably a depository lender
Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS, Certified Encompass administrator preferred.
Strong mortgage lending background – 3 or more years in administering technology solutions applicable to mortgage lending within large financial institutions.
High level of skill with Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area preferred.
Willing to occasionally work flexible hours, at night, and on weekends.
