Job Description :
Title :Emerging Technology SME Analyst - Agile Tool Smith

Location : Houston, TX



We are looking for an Agile Tool Smith to assist internal Agile / DevOps CoE in working with Agile coaches and teams across the IT organization. This individual would be expected to develop Agile metrics, Dashboards, and APIs to support the Agile team and coaches with the Agile transformation. The Agile Tool Smiths work would be assigned by the Agile / DevOps CoE, and the Tool Smith would be expected to:



1. Spend time with Agile coaches and teams to understand their needs, problems, and wants

2. Manage and work from a prioritized backlog

3. Develop metrics dashboards in Tableau and Excel with data stored in TFS

4. Leverage APIs that can generate tickets in TFS automatically from systems like SharePoint and Remedy

5. Develop strategies for dashboard and data storage using Cloud based platforms like Azure



Job Requirements

Ø 5+ Years Agile Experience

Ø 5+ Years Coding Experience participating on an Agile Team

Ø Knowledge of and Experience leveraging APIs using one or more of the following tools

Ø HTML

Ø JavaScript

Ø Python

Ø JSON

Ø XML

Ø oData

Ø Knowledge of and Experience in Agile Work Management systems including Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Ø Knowledge of and Experience with Microsoft Azure

Ø Knowledge of and Experience with managing and working in Scrum or Kanban Agile frameworks

Ø Experience with using advanced data features in Excel

Ø Experience in developing dashboards using Tableau

Ø Knowledge and experience with Agile Technical Software Practices

Ø TDD

Ø Automated Testing

Ø CI/CD

Paired Programming / Mob Programming
