Position: Embedded Software Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 12+ months

Job Description:
The Digital team is responsible to bring-up and develop a new software platform using the most state of the art processing, software, development tools on which others teams will develop to deliver the future and amazing user experience in the cockpit.
Areas of focus that we are looking for include: Operating systems, Peripherals, connectivity and other input/output.

Responsibilities
This is a contract role with the possibility for an extension.
Proven and successful hands on experience developing, integrating networking stack, from Layer 1 to Transport Layer.
Networking key words: IP, TCP/IP, SSL, VLAN, IPSec, packet forwarding, DNS
Hands on experience developing networking stack for embedded system in Linux is preferred or RTOS.
Primary language must be C, secondary C++.
