Job Description Duties:
Responsibilities:
Evaluates and develops solutions for business initiatives using automated email and lead nurturing programs
Work with the customer and campaign team to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, complex segmentation, degree of personalization and overall creative approach and develop an appropriate, campaign-specific testing approach
Manage subscriber data, import and segmentation using a combination of tools and database queries
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure marketing requirements have been met
Develops specialties in data management, scripting languages, API, and/or integrations
Executes advanced configuration/development activities per assigned work orders
Conducts solutions testing and validation
Supports documentation process by providing applicable artifacts (code samples, screenshots, etc
Assess campaign performance, ensuring there are no data issues impacting results
Skills: Qualifications
3+ years hands-on technical marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client facing consulting skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and customer deadlines with minimal oversight
Experience with the retrieval and uploading of data files to/from multiple systems and environments
Experience in building stored procedures, reports, and data extracts
Requirements:
Experience with data and workflow set up for complex triggered email programs
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SQL fundamentals or other database technologies a plus
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, growth environment
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, ExactTarget Marketing Cloud, Client Campaign or related email software and related technologies (ie. HTML, CSS) a plus
Education:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Communications or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency
